My name is Dany and I'm the Head Teacher of Fordbridge International School since 2015 of May. I'm nearly 15 years in teaching, Many of the Teachers and Parents in my previous career asking me 1 phrase "How to be a Good Teacher" and how you will encourage the student studying with you. My answer, "treat the kids like brother or sister or even your own child, and if the low level student not paying attention to his/her studies, please really care them and try to explain the lessons or call them beside you to read and write or even inform their friend to accompany them so they will have a motivation, And take note, "Every time the Teachers teaching in the class they must be energetic".

 

Another things is if we want the student to be active, we must let them study with group. And if ever we have holidays teacher must inform the higher level student to share some of their experience during holidays.
